They did a great job in a short amount of time. I was happy the kept the mess contained and the pool was back in operation after the mortar was fully set. I would certainly recommend and use them again if we have any issues. As with all the best professionals, you may have to wait for and opening but a good quality work is worth waiting for 🙂

We had Kelly's pool over to repair a chlorinator that another so called pool person had installed in our pool equipment. Stephen from Kelly's came over first thing in the morning and diagnosed the problem. Stephen made me aware of what had been done wrong by another pool tech. Stephen made the professional advice on how and most affordable option we had. We moved forward with Stephen repairing the pool equipment. Stephen was very professional and thorough in performing the repairs. We are very pleased with Stephen and Kelly's pool service. We will be using Kelly's pool moving forward. Reasonable prices and professional tech service. I would recommend Kelly's pool services to anyone.

Kelly’s Pool was excellent. I had them replace my plaster, tile, and coping. They did the work really efficiently, were honest with me about cost, and were attendant to all my requests and questions. I’ve also used them for repairs over the years (pool vac, pump installation, timer switch) and they have been likewise impressive.

I wish that I give this company more stars!!! I, too am a business owner and I know what it takes. This company went way above and beyond my high expectations!! They covered the information so well that I had no questions. They told me when and how all of the steps take place and it was flawless. I have had my pool for 37 years and NEVER had anyone this good work on it! The job is fabulous and flawless! I can't wait to share his number with all of my pool friends! My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Kelly, owner of Kelly 's Pool Care & Renovation. Our reno consisted of resurfacing, installaton of new surrounding coping, spa stairs, a handrail , and pool lighting. From start to finish and beyond, Kelly and his crew have been professional and approachable for questions and ideas, reliable and flexible and consistent with work-time agreements, and very helpful for resources for our electrical and heating issues. Cleanup after each work day was greatly appreciated. We have passed out business cards to neighbors and friends, who were impressed by the Facebook posts which documented the daily progress. Kelly just did a renovation for us and we couldn’t be more pleased! Our pool was original to the house and had issues such as. Racks and missing tiles. It was dated and tired, it didn’t bring joy when you looked at it. Kelly came out, looked, measured and then TALKED to us! That was unusual based on the other estimates we got. He was knowledgeable and honest. He explained things he saw that would need fixing that the other estimates we got did not-including the company we use for service. The work was extremely efficient and his crews were polite, professional and worked hard. There was not a spec of sand or sliver of tile left from the demo or reno. The renovation revealed issues that were created by the way the pool was installed 25 years ago, things like concrete not being cut a consistent depth around the perimeter and such. Kelly and his team came up with a plan and addressed those things with simple and effective solutions and he didn’t try to charge us crazy prices either. Integrity is hard to find these days, but Kelly showed it repeatedly. We couldn’t not have asked for a better experience. The new pool is simply beautiful. It sparkles like the sun on the ocean and is such a delight to look at now. If you are considering an upgrade, or need repairs I would highly recommend Kelly and his team.

Couldn't be more pleased! I got four estimates, and Kelly's was the only one I didn't have to correct. He responded quickly, addressed my questions, and followed through every step of the way. The crew was mindful of the yard and cleaned up at the end of every work day. They weren't just craftsmen, they were true artisans. The stonework and tile are beautiful. Competitive price, great communication, and beautiful final product. Would definitely recommend whether for service, maintenance or complete renovation.

This is the first time I’ve used Kelly’s Pool Care and I was very impressed. My pool equipment is 25 years old. I had some equipment that didn’t work, some leaky valves, and some that worked (barely but still worked). Kelly inspected the equipment and explained what he could fix and what would have to be replaced. I would have easily believed that all of it would have to be replaced. His approach in repairing equipment versus when to replace it is very reasonable. Not only did this approach reduce the amount of replacement equipment that I would need at this time but his prices are very fair. They did what they said they would, they were responsive and everything works perfectly. My experience showed me a fair and trustworthy pool company that I will use again. Hey, it’s a swimming pool, it will break again 🙂

Friendly, professional and flexible. Very competitive, but accurate bids. Had an issue with my pool light, pool coating failure, spa tile and the surround mastic. Price quoted with several add in option possibilities. In the end, Kelly reduced some items that cost less than the quote and we replaced with some needed add on repairs. Final cost was actually a little less than the original quote. Each crew that came out was very efficient, and did a great cleanup each time. You don’t have to be there to make sure they are doing the job right! I attached images that will tell the story better than this review. Highly recommended.
